Oh no... Did you delete the installed ~In Spring~ files in the Program Files folder? Because if you did, you can't uninstall it through the Add/Remove Programs.
You'll have to do what I did. :U

You use Windows, right? Ok, when you installed the game, was your Language for Non-Unicode files already in Japanese? If not, uninstall the game and change it by going to the Regional and Languages Options > Advanced > and choose Japanese.
Though I'm pretty sure you've already done that. :U If you have then just uninstall the game and reinstall it.
