Now I know why Neil Gaiman said Elmer is one of his favorite comic books (personally, I think that when Neil Gaiman says this about your work, you can go die now :P). With amazing artwork and an even more amazing way to look at prejudice, this comic book really makes me proud that it was Filipino-made.

yes ahh elmer is about an alternate reality where chickens gain sentience in the 70s, and brings up questions like, what makes a person? when do they gain rights? should interspecies relationships be allowed? etc

and it’s free and neil gaiman recced it and i am reccing it so check it out!

(warnings for: violence, gore, (off-screen) rape, discrimination, and problematic language. and also bestiality)
